The DRIVE Strategic Communication Workshop is designed to jump-start participants’ knowledge, skills, and confidence to execute a robust communication strategy supporting a change initiative. The 2-day workshop is tailored to provide teams and individuals with the knowhow and guidance to create: (1) a strategic communication plan, and (2) differentiated messaging to meet the needs of various internal and external stakeholder groups. Participants gain insight into successful communication strategies from Fortune 500 company transformations ranging in telecommunications, technology, financial institutions, education, and staffing/recruitment industries. To address broken communication systems and organizational trust impediments, the workshop features sessions: How to Repair a Broken Communication System, Restoring Trust, and The Link Between Communication, Collaboration and Trust.
